Samsung has begun the marketing of the ATIV One 7, and big sized “all in one,” updated with the latest Intel processors and a curved screen.
AIOs are another segment of desktop PCs that hold the pull of sales. They occupy less space, consume less and are more attractive than a typical equipment composed by a CPU, a monitor and a bunch of cables. But, there are disadvantages because their update is not as simple (although it depends on the model) and the price –generally- is superior to that of a standard PC.
Sasmsung’s ATIV One 7 is one of the new generation AIOs that are coming to the market, standing out because of the curved panel that mounts a screen of 27 diagonal inches with FULL HD resolution, contained in a small frame, considering all the electronics it carries inside.
Among them, an Intel Broadwell Core i5 5200U processor with an integrated HD 5500 GPU, 8 Gigabytes of DDR3 memory and a hard drive with 1 Tbyte of storing capacity.
As for its connectivity we find Ggabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 4.0,802.11ac Wi-Fi, WiDi, HDMI, 4 USB 3.0/2.0 ports or card reader 3-in-1. It includes a pair of 10W speakers with Dolby Home Theater support and can be used as a monitor thanks to the input HDMI port.
Samsung delivers a keyboard and a wireless mouse with this equipment that pre-installs Windows 8.1 and has a price of 1.299 dollars with availability in April.
