ASUS launches the fastest to date GTX 980

The Taiwanese company has introduced the fastest GeForce GTX 980 we’ve seen so far or at least in regards to their origin frequencies, a special model that accompanies the 20th Anniversary tagline.

As we can see from the pics, ASUS has taken great care of the card design, which looks superb and gives off the solid feel and construction quality of high-end performance solutions.

When it comes to its specifications it has a custom dissipation and power supply system, absolutely necessary to maintain stability and temperature of the graphics card, as it comes with a high level of factory overclock.

Keeping an eye on their frequencies, we see that its GPU runs at 1.317 MHz-1.431 MHz, in normal and turbo modes, a very good number as the reference model reaches 1.126 MHz-1.216 MHz.

Among other things the memory retains its 4 GB size and its working frequencies, which is an effective 7 GHz, leaving a total bandwidth of 224 GB/s.

At the moment we have no more details on the price or the exact date it will be available, but we can imagine it will be considerably more expensive than the reference model.
